Plan your visit

Lafitte Greenway is a 2.6-mile linear park in New Orleans where people gather, exercise, enjoy nature and ride bikes. The Partnership says it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its 2.6-mile bike and pedestrian trail is presented as part of New Orleans’ growing bike network, with listed connections including City Park, Armstrong Park and the French Quarter. The official site lists a Crescent City Farmers Market every Thursday, rain or shine, as well as fitness programming, live performances and public art, and stormwater-management features.^[2][1]

Do

If the farmers market interests you, the official site lists it for Thursdays, rain or shine.^[2]

Don’t
